Tiamat is one of the two Primordial Dragons and five Primordial Gods. She and Bahamut are the ones who helped ascend the original True Gods after the fall of the Enteri Empire. She is the mother of Spirituality and the creator of elementals and the Chromatic Dragons, as well as half of the nature spirits that embrace all creation. The spirits of Air, Fire, Earth, Water, light, and Life are Tiamat's truest children, born directly from their mother in one of the first acts of creation. Yet in the early days few could interact with the spirits, and she yearned to have her children recognized. So when Tiamat found her met Anatai she was inspired by the Artisan, began work with her future wife to create the Chromatic dragons. Paragon's of her spirituality. She imbued the power of each of her own spirits into the Chromatic dragons, creating their souls and Dragonhearts. While her wife crafted the bodies these souls would inhabit, gifting these spiritual beings a way to interact with the Material world, and so the Chromatic dragons were born.

This process of creation was both intense and highly intimate, and is what led to the love between Tiamat and Anatai to blossom.

She is revered throughout the land as a gentle, but fearsome goddess. She travels the Realms and helps keep their balance, patching holes wherever she can. She adores her wife Anatai the Artisan, and has a grudge against Raek from when he tried to kill Anatai in the Sundering War. She also greatly respects Queoran for protecting Anatai even to the death during this event.
