Halflings are also known as the Noxvenati, or the Shadeborn. They first appeared walking out of the Storms of Shadow during the Second Plague. They have supernatural luck and sometimes you can see their shadows moving. They also have an uncanny silence about them and are great at moving stealthily. Shadows float from their skin. It is enough to disrupt their form and makes it easier for them to stand still and blend. They gain their uncanny luck as Daolith the Entropic Chaos, Goddess of Chaos, Ruin, Life, and Luck favors them. She sees them as the epitome of chaos and luck as their existence itself was due to luck.
